What are the Qualifications for Being a Teacher?

Before teaching at Columbia Splash, teachers must be able to meet the following requirements:

1. The ability to travel to Columbia University Morningside Heights campus. 
2. Have either graduated from or are attending a Columbia associated school. (Undergraduate school or Graduate school)
3. Able to commit at least one hour for teacher training and orientation about a week prior to event.
4. Able to work said hours as volunteers, unpaid
