1. What?
Splash at Columbia is a program that connects Columbia University to the broader New York area, with an event that invites middle and high school students onto Columbia campus for the opportunity to attend classes taught by current Columbia undergraduates. Splash's goal is to unite people who want to teach, with people who want to learn. Teachers would also be able to provide insight into college life and beyond. We want to empower students from both sides of the experience to think critically, cultivate new passions, and connect to their community.
Splash is not just an academic event, it is a space for fostering mutual understanding through shared academic endeavors.
